Elect Thomas McCormick

Candidate for Louisiana's 18th Judicial District Court Judge, Division B

State Prosecutor Thomas McCormick, candidate for District Judge, Division B, announces the launch of a new campaign website - mccormickforjudge.com

"I am running for District Judge on my record of service to our nation, state, and local communities," said McCormick. "I want the voters to have another option for Judge, one who has the leadership, experience, and impartiality for this position from day one. I have investigated and prosecuted thousands of cases in federal, state, and local courtrooms across Louisiana. I am a family man with conservative values and have been married for more than 23 years."

The 18th JDC, Division "B," consists of voters from parts of West Baton Rouge and Pointe Coupee Parishes. Tom McCormick is the only candidate who has prosecuted cases in all three parishes composing the 18th Judicial District Court. McCormick served as both an enlisted Airman and officer in the Judge Advocate General Corps (JAG) for the U.S. Air Force. While deployed to Iraq, Tom prosecuted more than 300 terrorists at the Central Criminal Court of Iraq for murder, rape, IED attacks, and other crimes against Coalition Forces.

"I will keep the criminals off of our streets and ensure our communities remain safe," said McCormick. "I will ensure my office becomes a good steward of our taxpayer's resources. Moreover, I will treat others as I would want them to treat me - with fairness, an open mind, and respect!"

On April 28, 2018 vote for Thomas McCormick - District Judge, 18th Judicial District Court, Division "B"
